1-Day Imlil Valley Trek From Marrakech - Atlas Toubkal Trek

Marrakech – Imlil (1,740m) – Aremd (1,900m) – Imlil – Marrakech Your day begins with a pickup from your accommodation in Marrakech at 9:00 AM. After a scenic 1.5-hour drive south through the Moulay Brahim Gorges, we arrive in the village of Imlil, the main trailhead for trekkers in the region. Here, you meet your local guide from Atlas Toubkal Trek. The trek starts with a gentle walk through ancient walnut orchards, following the stream upwards. You will pass the famous Kasbah du Toubkal and stop to visit the picturesque waterfalls. We continue hiking up to the village of Aremd, the highest village in the valley, where you can admire traditional stone architecture and panoramic views of the Toubkal summit. Lunch is served in a traditional Berber house or a scenic spot by the river, featuring fresh salad and Tagine. After lunch, we take a different path back down to Imlil, allowing you to witness more of the valley's daily rural life. Your transport will be waiting to take you back to Marrakech, arriving in the late afternoon. Walking time: 3–4 hours
